Crimes. With crimes, if a player is to commit a crime within a populated area where he has a high risk of being seen by NPC's or caught on CCTV, then this player must report in the crime 30 seconds after committing to the session's police in order to restore some realism into committing crimes. This can be avoided by committing crimes at night.
If a player is to commit a crime against another player in-sight of players or NPC's then the same rules apply, however if the crime is committed in a deserted location and only a player sees the player commit the crime then the witness must inform the police of the crime, as soon as the player has discovered a crime has been committed. Robberies - Robberies that are committed by players have similar rules. If a player is to rob a convenience store, bank or any other buildings, if this is only in relation to stealing from NPCs, then the players have to inform the session's police about the crime and wait for the set period of time before having the ability to getaway. NPC Presence. In order to create an authentic atmosphere for some roleplayers, the community may take on the role of another character to benefit the roleplay of others. To put into perspective, players will turn into NPC Police if Police is needed in the session, or players will turn into Arms/Drugs Dealers to give players a chance to purchase them. Some players may be NPCs in order to be "extras" for roleplaying scenes and things alike. NPCs, in relation to a story, may be included for certain sessions just to build on a storyline.
For example, "Director Doe" of the FIB has been suspended so NPC "Vice Director Smith" has stepped in as the Director for the period of time. - Police have the ability to injure/kill players that are committing crimes. - NPC Civilians cannot give assets to any players. so you are unable to increase vehicles, properties, weapons licenses or qualifications, however they will be able to increase their money by short amount. - Arms/Drug Dealers have the ability to sell weapons/drugs to players for the allocated price listed on the Jobs, Arms & Drugs page. |
